Emplex MPS 7500
The MPS 7500 band sealer hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds of up to 800” per minute and can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading. The sealing process can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. It can seal any heat sealable bag or pouch up to 12mil in thickness (6mil when gusseted).
These continuous bag sealers are ideal for a number of industries, including food processing and manufacturing. Emplex machines are built with food-grade stainless steel and validatable band sealers are also available for facilities with strict regulations.
